Castleoak specializes in the development, design and construction of nursing homes and other care accommodation. They are the leading UK. Specialists in designing and building dedicated dementia care and extra care schemes.
The largest development undertaken this year will be at Letcombe Regis on behalf of Richmond Care Homes.
Castleoak have chosen Woodteam to supply and install fitted wardrobes throughout the project.
Jon Bolton Castleoaks design manager agrees that having examined various different options, the Woodteam proposal was by far the best both in price and in the way it was designed and installed.

Osborne Construction
Osborne construction has chosen Woodteam again for another major Healthcare scheme in Southampton.
The AMHU project is a major new build of a specialist Mental Health unit and requires a great deal planning and design innovation to meet the needs of the trust and the patients alike.
We are working closely with the Osborne construction site team and with the client to develop a range of products that are fit for purpose, whilst at the same time meeting the all important completion dates.
As with all major Woodteam projects we have a dedicated project manager and an onsite manager who are overseeing the scheme, along with highly skilled installation teams.
This is a very challenging scheme with a value in excess of £200,000 and involves a lot of Group 1 and Group 2 items along with furniture to the HTM63 Specification.
We are very proud of the relationship we have developed with Osborne construction and look forward to many more projects in the future.
Neilcott Construction Limited
Woodteam have won the contract to supply specialist joinery to Neilcott Construction Ltd at the Lauriston Primary school project Hackney, on behalf of "The learning trust".
Woodteam have been asked to supply bespoke lockers, desking, reception desks and panelling throughout the school, which is due for handover later this year.
We are extremely pleased to have secured this project and look forward to developing a strong partnership with Neilcott Construction on this and future projects.

Osborne Construction
Osborne has selected Woodteam to manufacture and install specialist HTM63 units for their WPCDC community hospital in Southampton.
The scheme involves a wide range of Healthcare unitary including numerous reception desks and nurse stations throughout the complex.
This is a large Healthcare project; Woodteams project managers have been involved from the very early stages, working in partnership with the Osborne site team, to develop innovative solutions to many aspects of the scheme.
Mountain Warehouse
Mountain Warehouse are a major new force on the UK high street and offer a wide range of Ski wear, outdoor clothing and equipment for men women and children.
Another success for Woodteam as we win the roll out programme for the Mountain Warehouse stores across the UK. We are designing and installing a wide range of free standing display consuls in all their stores.

Animal
Outdoor fashion retailer Animal intends to open 15 new stores across the UK in 2009.
Animal has chosen Woodteam as a major design partner to complete their store fit out programme in all 15 stores.
Woodteam have already successfully completed Bristol and Bury St.Edmunds stores which has proved to be a big success for the client and their customers.
